With a strong personal involvement in music from an early age, I have a great affinity with my work and clientele. A recent graduate from the Masters in Music Technology Program delivered at The University of Limerick, I have a comprehensive overview of the state of the art, while also being well versed with conventional approaches to audio.
Between working as a freelance audio-technician and undergoing an internship at Bluebird Studios, I have worked with a broad spectrum of performing artists. Each client brings forth a new set of ideas, challenges and expectations. Accordingly, I always put my client’s needs first and strive to create the most comfortable environment possible; promoting a natural flow of creativity.
Originating from a background in mechanical engineering, my problem-solving bent of mind lends itself to a complex of audio technical scenarios. Being a musician myself, however, I’m conscious of the deep personal connection that exists between artists and their work. Accordingly, I never allow for technicalities to get in the way of the most important aspect of my work – the music.
