Powermate 1000 Mk1 & Mk2

The Dynacord Powermate 1000 is a highly versatile powered amplifier and mixer combined in one compact unit. Note: While there are some small operational differences between the mark 1 & mark 2 models, the basic functions of the unit are the same. The unit houses 10 channel strips (6 x mono and 4 x stereo) with a choice of either mic or line inputs to select from. Each channel strip hosts a hi-quality pre amp, a 3 band EQ and a selection of 4 auxiliary sends. Auxiliaries 1 & 2 are routed internally (post fader) to the FX section of the unit, which hosts 99 studio quality effects. However, each auxiliary can also be routed to external devices such as effects units or stage monitors. The master section of the Powermate houses a dual-mono 7 band graphic EQ for tuning the system to the room’s acoustics. The power amplifier of the Mk 1 outputs 500 watts into 4 ohms a side while the Mk2 outputs 700 watts into 4 ohms a side.
